                             我依舊很有禮貌噗~~~不知不覺跟我的鹽水袋相處n年了!但其實,我還是有想取出念頭!因為就算過n年,我還是覺得它很大!!!最近看了楊醫師分享的字體脂肪豐胸很吸引我!!!我想問~我的狀況適合嗎?!還有,能一次完成取出直接作抽脂豐胸,還是我要分兩階段處理?!再麻煩楊醫師幫我解惑~謝謝!!!

我的原則是：只要隆乳後沒有變硬、變形或發生其它嚴重的問題，就一動不如一靜，不必改成自體脂肪豐胸，而且我記得您曾經在外院做過下半身的抽脂手術，所以有沒有足夠的脂肪可用也是一個問題喔！

                              我沒抽脂過,之前在別院是作腹部整形:腹筋膜縫合!所以~脂肪是一直都在><"...至於鹽水袋~除了大!是還有些不舒服所以想取出,或是換筋膜下的!

2006年時很瘦,165公分的身高卻只有48公斤,所以以前做完胸大肌水袋隆胸後,感覺很滿意,但幾年下來人胖到55~56公斤之後, 反而覺得@@太大了! 走在路上連小孩都好奇,一臉"媽媽,我要吃@@"的樣子!而且常常做夢,夢見被發現假奶,男友雖然懷疑,但很有慈悲心不揭穿也相敬如賓啦!

我想分享我的自體脂肪豐胸的經驗. 我一直很瘦也沒有太多的脂肪.為了做自體脂肪豐胸, 我故意在手術前2週吃了很多來增加體重.我今年三月在美國動了自體脂肪豐胸手術.剛動完手術胸部有變大一些, 但是到了六月, 僅僅手術後三個月,胸部幾乎完全變回和原來一樣平. 這就是為什麼我到頭來還是回台灣找楊醫師做胸大肌水袋隆胸. 自體脂肪豐胸手術對瘦瘦的身上不容易保留脂肪的人是不太適合的.

I think fat grafting may be a more natural way of increasing your breast size, but the results are variable depending on each individual's ability to retain the fats in the breasts, as well as the doctor's skills and experiences. And no one can gurantee you that your result will stay for a long time. Breast implants, while a more intrusive surgery, at least gurantees you the size and shape that you want to achieve.

 

For those who already have breasts implants surgery done by Dr. Yang, if they look good and feel good, I don't advise that you remove them with fat grafting as you may be disappointed if the fats don't stay, or even if they stay, the shape or size may not be as attractive as the breast implants that you had before.

抽脂很痛嗎? Yes, as my doctor only gave me local anesthesia to lower the cost. Compared to scarring this was actually the least of my concern. To this day I still have dark spots from the incision points of the surgery. There are dark spots on my thighs, around by belly button and on my breasts. These are the incision points for the suction and the needle points for fat injection. It's going to take a LONG time for them to go away completely. So I have avoided wearing shorts as people did notice the spots on my legs and asked me about it.

皮膚緊或鬆? My skin has always been tight.

well, I've been consulting a lot  with Dr. Yang ,and finally it's the time for me make up my mind,and I still want a pair of natural  breasts even though they reduce to the size of cup B or even smaller ....... which makes me more comfortable .
